Nautural Style with Kikidelamar

Greetings Earth People! Welcome! This blog is going to be dedicated to health, wellness, natural beauty, and healing without the use of drugs! Humans have used herbs and plants since time began. It's only in the past century, scientists believed in folly of improving Mother Nature. Ironically, all their research is bringing the circle back to completion as the reports now are showing what most of use already knew. You just can't improve on perfection!
So, I would like to invite you to bring your concerns, queries, and struggles to me. I WILL find something appropriate for you. I do not have my Naturopath's license yet, but I do have 20 years of
Research, practice, and success in the world of herbology. I can show you how to make your own tinctures, salves, and teas to heal yourself. Diabetes, high blood pressure, EDD, painful periods and hot flashes do not need to be something you need suffer from!!!!
We will also be covering the areas of natural beauty, natural hair, kids stuff, and we're open to anything you want to bring to the table.

  2. Hi what do you recommend for nights sweats and hot flashes due to early menopause. *(i'v already tried black cohosh, made my stomach cramp real bad.)

  4. First, I would reccommend journaling or, taking notes, to see if you notice patterns developing. Second, any product with wild yam will be helpful. Keeping a cool wash cloth by the bed is nice. Wearing cotton instead of synthetic
